What's more, this system notifies our always-on-call support team of problems. Many times we are notified before you experience an interruption to your business.


Maintenance

We believe the first step in preventing technology failures is to perform regular proactive maintenance. With IQ Managed Services, your systems are patched and updated regularly. We also make sure that critical processes - such as your data backups - are running smoothly.

Help Desk

Receive technical support from our friendly, trained and certified technicians in 15 minutes or less. Our Help Desk is fully staffed weekdays from 6am to 5pm. We are dedicated to resolving issues as efficiently as possible and are fully equipped to fix most problems remotely and seamlessly. This means your employees can get right back to work without the lengthy wait you would experience with other service providers.


On-site Support

If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, we will travel to your location at no additional cost to you. The IQ support team is committed to fixing problems as quickly as possible, no matter what it takes. With IQ Managed Services you also receive pre-scheduled on-site visits each month. Our goal is to provide each valued customer with lots of face-time to be sure our services are absolutely meeting your needs.


Virtual CIO

Do you wish you had access to the expertise of a Chief Information Officer without the expense?
